PackPrint Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 5, 2026

PackPrint is a desktop app that watches your eBay orders and automatically prints a packing slip once payment clears. This page explains what data it touches, and what it does with it.

What stays on your device

All of this is stored only in PackPrint's local configuration file on your computer. None of it is uploaded to any server we operate.

What passes through our servers

Because eBay requires every app to use one registered developer keyset (rather than each user creating their own), PackPrint sends the following to a small relay service we operate, solely to complete eBay's sign-in process:

The relay forwards these directly to eBay's own servers and returns eBay's response. It does not log, store, or retain your tokens, your eBay account information, or any order or buyer data -- your actual order details never pass through our servers at all; PackPrint's Sell Fulfillment API requests go directly from your device to api.ebay.com.

Third parties

What we don't do

PackPrint does not include analytics or tracking, does not sell or share your data, and does not access your buyers' information for anything other than printing the packing slip you configure.

License activation

A PackPrint license key contains only the name or email address it was issued to and an expiration date. It is not used to track usage or collect any other information.

Children's privacy

PackPrint is a business tool for eBay sellers and is not directed at children under 13.
